Heat-resistant and chemical-resistant pipe PXE. Maximum usage temperature 95℃!

Long-length delivery and flexibility enable shortened construction periods! With excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, we have numerous achievements in heat supply piping and chemical piping for factories!

PXE is a pipe made of cross-linked polyethylene with excellent chemical properties. Nominal diameter: 25 to 250 Maximum operating temperature: 95°C 【Features】 - Pipes with a nominal diameter of W100 or less can be delivered to the site as long-length pipes (tab wrapped). - The use of long-length pipes can reduce labor and shorten construction time, leading to cost savings. - They are flexible and can be extended while bending. - Ideal for soft ground such as marshy areas and reclaimed land, and they also have excellent seismic resistance. - They have excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, and due to the addition of carbon black, they also have excellent weather resistance, making them suitable for exposed piping. - They use cross-linked polyethylene EF sockets for connecting joints, eliminating concerns about corrosion. - Their excellent wear resistance makes them suitable for transporting soil and slurry.

Cross-linked polyethylene electric fusion + 'ESQ-M' 'ESQ' system

Cost reduction through prefabricated construction methods, improved reliability through thorough quality control, and prevention of water leakage.

We are featuring the "ESQ-M System" with cross-linked polyethylene electric fusion + mechanical joints and the "ESQ System" with cross-linked polyethylene electric fusion + factory-inserted joints. The cross-linked polyethylene pipe fusion type (two-layer pipe), which excels in safety and durability, is inserted into the EF joint, and by supplying power to the heating wire, the polyethylene parts of both the pipe and joint melt and fuse completely. Since prefabricated processing is shipped after complete fusion in the factory, it achieves a reduction in construction time and labor savings. [Contents Included] ■ Cross-linked polyethylene pipe (two-layer pipe) ■ Fusion joints ■ ESQ-M System ■ ESQ System *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
